Refund and Returns Policy
At Cakes and Bakes by Och, every order is prepared with care using fresh, high-quality ingredients, often customized specifically for each customer. For this reason, the following policy applies:
All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been picked up or delivered.
Customized Orders
Orders that are customized in any form—including size, flavor, design, inscription, or theme—are non-refundable once production has commenced. Customers are advised to carefully review and approve all order details before confirmation.
Order Errors or Quality Concerns
If an order is received incorrectly or is damaged as a result of our handling, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by clear photographs and the order reference.
Where a valid issue is confirmed, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement,adjustment, store credit, or a partial or full refund.
Delivery by Third Parties
We are not responsible for any damage, delays, or losses that occur after an order has been handed over to a third-party delivery service arranged by the customer or by a customer after pickup.
Cancellations
- Same-day orders cannot be cancelled.
- Advance orders must be cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled production date to be eligible for consideration of a refund or credit.
Subjective Preferences
Refunds or replacements will not be issued based on personal taste preferences after consumption.
